Ptlm. Marvil joined the Laurel Police Department in 2025 and has dedicated his law enforcement career to serving the Laurel community. He is a graduate of the Dover Municipal Police Academy, Class #8, where he completed the training and certification requirements necessary to become a Delaware police officer. Currently assigned to D Shift under the supervision of Sgt. Porter.
